Meet  Francesca Alsace Otterson

  • I am obsessed with my Golden Retriever Millie - She is my best friend

  • I have most likely seen every romantic comedy out there.

  • I love hiking, running, golfing, and fishing!

  • My cat Boo loves tacos and ice cream.

  • If you turn on a movie, I will most likely fall asleep within the first 30 minutes.

  • Harry Potter World is one of my favorite places!

"One of my main goals is to be warm and supportive—making therapy exciting, so you can look forward to walking through the doors and feel enthusiastic about reaching your goals! It’s a place to find clarity in what feels messy, feel lighter while sitting in the heavy, and know you have someone human walking alongside you."

—Francesca Alsace Otterson, LSW, MSW, LGSW

Therapy that feels like a breath of fresh air (Not a trip to the principal’s office)

If you're looking for a therapist who's calming, supportive, and easy to talk to—you’re in the right place. I bring warmth, humor, and a true love for helping kids, teens, and young adults untangle the hard stuff like anxiety and trauma, and feel more like their real selves.

I've worked in youth residential treatment, community youth centers, and community mental health, always focused on being a steady, trusted adult kids can count on. My approach is rooted in connection, real-life experience, and a belief that therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy. Growth can come with insight, relief, and yes—even some laughs.

Serious Skills, Silly Stories, and Zero Snooze-Fests.

Sessions with me are all about comfort and connection…You can kick off your shoes, bring your snacks and stuffies, and just be yourself.

I meet you exactly where you're at, because I know how personal and unique each challenge can be. With a lot of heart and steady presence, I’m here to be that trusted adult who gets it, the kind who makes therapy feel like a safe hangout where real stuff gets worked through.

I use results-driven tools like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help build skills that stick—from handling big emotions to feeling more confident with others. I also love using storytelling and play to help children feel understood and make sense of their world.
